- The film is partly an interview with Mr Katić Sr, the artist's father, partly a documentation of making a tattoo. The tattoo on his father's left arm is the first drawing the artist ever encountered in his life. While interviewing his father about the public opinion on tattoos and people who wore tattoos in former Yugoslavia, Božidar Katić makes an interpretation of his father's tattoo on his own arm. In doing so, he aims to inherit the inheritable – formally: the tattoo on his father's arm, informally: the DNA of experience through the stories that shaped the life of generations preceding us.
